PointYield is a decision-support and travel-rewards information platform. These terms explain what the service does, what it does not do, and what users remain responsible for verifying.
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use describe the boundaries for using PointYield. By using PointYield, you agree to use it as an informational and decision-support service, not as a booking engine, financial advisor, credit-card issuer, or provider of guaranteed travel inventory.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PointYield, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What PointYield Provides
PointYield is a closed-loop credit -> points -> travel decision engine. It may help users monitor award availability, evaluate route opportunities, understand points strategy, and decide what to watch, verify, avoid, or consider acting on.
Beta / Informational Nature
PointYield is preparing for and operating beta-stage product validation. Information may be incomplete, experimental, delayed, stale, or unavailable. Decision states such as WATCH, VERIFY_BEFORE_TRANSFER, DO_NOT_TRANSFER_YET, BETTER_PROGRAM_AVAILABLE, or BOOKABLE_LOOKING are informational labels, not instructions or guarantees.
No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice
PointYield does not provide financial, legal, tax, investment, or credit advice. Card, points, rewards, and travel information is provided for decision-support only. Users should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
No Booking, Transfer, or Application Execution
PointYield does not execute bookings, transfer points, submit credit-card applications, or make financial decisions on behalf of users. Users are responsible for any transfer, booking, application, purchase, cancellation, or account action they choose to take outside PointYield.
User Responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying final availability, pricing, taxes, fees, card terms, eligibility, transfer ratios, rewards, partner rules, and booking conditions directly with the relevant provider before taking action.
Affiliate and Partner Links
PointYield may include links to affiliate, travel, card, booking, or other partner sites. PointYield may receive compensation from some partner relationships. Partner sites are responsible for their own terms, privacy policies, offers, pricing, and fulfillment.
Account Use
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for keeping account information accurate. Do not enter third-party travel account passwords, full credit-card numbers, or other sensitive information that PointYield does not request.
Accuracy and Availability
PointYield does not guarantee that award seats, fares, pricing, partner availability, transfer ratios, rewards, fees, taxes, card offers, approval outcomes, reports, alerts, or recommendations will remain available or accurate. External provider data and partner terms can change quickly.
Intellectual Property
PointYield, its product design, text, software, models, reports, documentation, and related materials are owned by PointYield or its licensors except where otherwise noted. Users may not copy, resell, or misuse the service or its content except as allowed by law or written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PointYield is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses related to travel disruptions, missed award availability, card decisions, partner changes, transfer choices, bookings, fees, taxes, or external provider actions.
Changes to the Service
PointYield may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service, including beta features, pricing, reports, alerts, partner links, and data sources.
Termination
PointYield may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses the service, threatens security, or creates operational or legal risk.
